Note: We are not an on demand service and our Black Cabs need to be booked in advance. All airport pickup bookings incur a extra ยฃ10 charge which includes parking and 60 minutes of waiting time. Extra waiting time will be charged at ยฃ10 per 30 minutes.

Gary and London Black Cab Transfers at short notice organised 8 clean and beautiful cabs for our wedding. Gary went out of his way to decorate the lead bridal cab. The drivers were efficient and courteous, arriving exactly on time.โI could not recommend this company high enough.

On monday 22nd of July we got a taxi from the crowne plaza kings cross to kings cross station. Was a pleasant ride the driver been very friendly. When we come to pay the fare my husbands phone must of slipped out of his pocket unknown to both of us. We went to catch our train and realised My husband didnโt have his phone. So I kept ringing until Gary our driver answered. A customer had handed it in thank god. I couldnโt have thanked him anymore so honest and trustworthy. Gary payed for postage and packaging and didnโt expect a penny in return. I received my phone 2 days later. What a gentleman best service ever. Could highly recommend.

What can i say about the service from your company over the last 12 weeks apart from 1st class.
I would like to thank you for extreme efficiency in masterminding the schedule and for keeping me informed throughout. Many thanks to my regular Thursday morning in bound driver for punctuality and great courtesy. Overall everything has been first class.

I had an amazing time for my birthday with Gary and London Black cab Transfers Ltd. He picked me and my family up from our house and drove us to London. He took us all over London and was so knowledgeable and made sure we saw parts of London that I never knew existed. We was one of the last nights for the Christmas lights and they was so beautiful. Nothing was to much trouble for Gary. He knew exactly where to recommend for my two children aswell and they loved taking photos too. He knew which places we could take the best photos. It was definitely a birthday I will never forget. Thank you Gary

We were very, very satisfied with London black cab transfer. Nick was very punctual, he was already waiting for us, ahead of time. The ride was very comfortable in a new London black cab. We also had a wonderful conversation with Nick on the way. Such a great personality. We arrived at the Heathrow airport safely and on time. We will definitely use this company again and we would recommend our family and friends to use it when they are in London.

I would like to recommend a really good Black Cab driver who took us to the Heart Clinic at Southend Hospital yesterday. He was so helpful and it took all the stress out of me driving and clearing the car. He came back at 8am this morning to take the monitor back for us by 9am. Will definitely use him again. He gave us a price up front and having the divide in the cab and all wearing masks it felt as safe as it could be. I got his number from someone on this site who had used him. Thankyou GARY for making a difficult time less stressful.

To highly recommend this service wouldnโt cover it. I hired them for a work event and they went above and beyond (including finding me when I got lost and taking me to the place with no additional charge!). They showed up early just to make sure they were there on time and so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and made the day much less stressful โ Thanks so much!!

Pick from hockley in Essex drooped at Stanstead then picked us up at Gatwick on a quick break to Cyprus. The transfers went so smooth and you took all the stress out of our journey message when we landed to let us know you was at the airport was a great touch and your price was brilliant.

Made perfect sense for us to use a black cab, as myself and my husband love them.

We used them for our wedding day arrival on 2nd October 2021 and our driver Steve was fantastic!
Firstly, I was a bride running late and he waited patiently and helped me with the umbrella!!
He was so kind and patient as we were stressed at being late and I was crying tears of joy in the cab.
He was happy to drive around for the video footage as well (heโs honestly a great professional actor)!
He kept the temperature cold as I requested and he made me laugh!
I loved the ribbons on the cab, it was such a sweet touch!
Thank you for getting me to the venue and for being so understanding, the London Black cab Transfer company give excellent customer service and care (as it was an emotional day for me), but Steve is the driver you need in times of crisis
